“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve used Pinnacle Building Wash previously and went back to them because of the professional and personalised service they provided the first time around. I continue to be so impressed with their customer service. I had Aaron back again to clean the house and water blast the paths and driveway — a mammoth job! He did a splendid job, as always. Then yesterday, the lovely Jack came around to treat the roof for lichen. Wow — what an amazing job! I’m super impressed with the results. Both Aaron and Jack are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They’re always happy to tackle those extra little odd jobs and genuinely go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. They’re a super lovely crew, and it’s clear they really care about the work they do. I also really appreciate that they’re happy to work with your budget and can come back when you’re ready to save up for the next lot of work. That kind of flexibility and understanding makes such a difference. Unfortunately I did not take any before photos but I've put up some photos of the final results. I’ll definitely be keeping Pinnacle Building Wash on my books and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I’m based in Ngaio, Wellington, but I believe they work throughout the Wellington area — give them a buzz. You won’t be disappointed! 😊

“[Edit: 1 November 2026. I'm a returning customer. This time we got a gutter clean and external wash. Outstanding as usual. I recommend Pinnacle to anyone in the Hutt region!] Pinnacle are excellent! We moved in not long ago and, being winter, hadn't had the chance to pay any attention to the outside of the house. Two ceiling leaks later, we found Pinnacle. They do great work, the place was so tidy when we got home it was as if they'd never been. The only sign was that the external walls of the house were much cleaner than before 😂 We also got before and after photos of the gutters. Since we can't get up that high, we got to see just how awesome they were. I'd definitely use Pinnacle again, though I'm sure they won't want to come back in a hurry lol. Thanks team!

“Great service and outstanding cleaning of our monolithic house. Nothing a problem and provided great advice. Highly recommend Pinnacle Building Wash.

“Pre sale house wash, and what a difference it’s made! Wish we’d done it sooner because the house looks awesome. Thanks Jack 👏🏻
