We’re not always hiring — but we’re always looking. When a spot opens on the crew, we’d rather ring someone who already put their hand up than run an ad.

The work

Real outdoor work, done properly.

Roofs, houses, gutters and concrete across Greater Wellington — ute-based crew work, Monday to Friday. Some days you’re on ropes above the harbour; some days you’re clearing gutters in a southerly. It’s physical, it’s outside, and at the end of every day you can see what you did.

Done properly means the method is planned before anyone climbs, nobody works at height without a current ticket, and the gear is serious — we import the parts and build our own rigs through our sister company, Peak Equipment.

What matters

Washing experience helps. It isn’t the point.

The trade can be taught. The rest of it can’t — and the rest of it is what we hire on.
