Our Story
Founded in Auckland
Pinnacle Building Wash was born from a simple idea — deliver exterior cleaning services people could actually rely on. Starting with a single ute and a commitment to quality, we set out to raise the bar.
The Move to Wellington
Post-COVID, we made the call to relocate to Wellington — a city we believed in and a market ready for a higher standard of exterior cleaning. A fresh start with the same drive.
Growing the Team
Kody and Aaron joined the crew, each bringing 3+ years of industry experience. With a bigger team came bigger capability — and the ability to take on commercial contracts across the region.
Launching Peak Equipment
We built our sister company, Peak Equipment — importing premium Italian components to build custom exterior cleaning rigs, high-pressure systems, and hydraulic setups for professionals across New Zealand.
Growing the Team
Olly came on board to handle sales and scheduling, strengthening our operations and ensuring every customer gets a seamless experience from first contact to final walkthrough.
