Different Washing techniques

What is soft washing?

A soft wash incorporates special low-pressure nozzles on the end of a pressure washing gun or wand. That’s combined with a house wash solution that removes the biological elements (moss, mould, lichen, pollen, dirt) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing your plants. The house wash solution is applied through a venturi fluid pressure system which we can use to select the proper volume of house wash solution for the appropriate surfaces.

Not only does the soft washing method clean exterior surfaces, such as your roof, cladding, deck, patio, or fence, safely and thoroughly, it also maintains the condition of paint, masonry and timbers.

What is pressure washing?

Both pressure washing and soft washing are done with a commercial Water Blaster/Pressure Washing machine.

Using the commercial water blaster we are able to select the proper volume/pressure ratio for the appropriate surfaces and conditions instead of using chemicals. This is where the two terms pressure washing and soft washing are often confused.

In short, both pressure washing and soft washing can be used to wash your home or workspace by a professional pressure washer. A professional power washing company should know exactly what combination and nozzle extensions to use to achieve the proper pressure, volume and chemical mixture to clean all surfaces thoroughly, effectively and safely.
