Terms & Conditions
  1. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the service to initiate a complaint.
  2. We reserve the right to inspect the area in question before making a final decision on the compensation.
  3. If we determine that the issue is due to our service, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. If you are still unsatisfied, we will pay a competitor of your choice to complete the job up to the original amount paid for our services.
  4. If the issue is not due to our service or is due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot offer compensation or pay a competitor to complete the job.
Terms & Conditions
  1. The competitor’s quote must be for the same service, scope of work, and service area as our quote.
  2. The competitor’s quote must be presented to us before the start of the service.
  3. Our price match guarantee does not apply to quotes from companies that are unlicensed or uninsured.
  4. The competitor’s quote must be a written quote from a licensed and insured company.
  5. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s quote.
  6. Our price match guarantee only applies to the initial service and does not apply to ongoing or recurring services.
  7. Our price match guarantee cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse a price match request at our discretion.
Terms & Conditions
  1. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us enough time to fill the spot with another customer.
  2. We understand that circumstances outside of your control may require you to cancel at short notice. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee or offer a full refund or credit at our discretion.
  3. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, we will issue a full refund or credit to your account, depending on your preference. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your booking.
  4. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

1. Payment Terms:

  • Residential Customers: Payment is due within seven days of invoicing.
  • Commercial Customers: Payment is due by the 20th of the following month after invoicing.

2. Reminder Process:

  • First Reminder: Sent 7 days after the payment due date.
  • Second Reminder: Sent 14 days after the payment due date.
  • Final Reminder: Sent 21 days after the payment due date.
  • All reminders will be sent via email.

3. Late Payment Fees:

  • A late fee of $50 will be applied to invoices over 21 days overdue.
  • An additional interest charge of 22% per annum (calculated daily) will accrue on the outstanding balance from the 22nd day onward.  

4. Communication:

  • Overdue payment communications will be conducted primarily through email.

5. Payment Plan Options:

  • Payment plans are available for customers facing financial difficulties.
  • Customers should contact the office to discuss and set up payment arrangements.

6. Suspension of Services:

  • Services will be suspended for overdue accounts, with no further work undertaken until the account is settled.

7. Debt Recovery:

  • Accounts overdue by 30 days will be referred to our debt collection agency.

8. Legal Action:

  • Legal action will be considered as a last resort after attempting to make contact and resolve the issue.
