2. Payment Terms
Residential Customers: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Commercial Customers: Payment is due by the 20th of the month following the invoice date.
All payments must be made in full, without deductions, counterclaims, or withholdings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Late Payment Fees and Interest
If payment is not received by the due date, a $50 late payment fee will be applied to any invoice that is 21 days overdue.
Interest on overdue balances will be charged at a rate of 20% per annum, calculated daily, starting from the 22nd day after the payment due date until the full payment is received.

4. Debt Recovery Process
If an account remains unpaid after 30 days, the account may be referred to a debt collection agency.
A $50 debt recovery fee will be applied to the outstanding balance once the account is referred for collection.
Additional collection costs, including a percentage of the recovered amount as charged by the debt collection agency, will be passed on to the customer.

5. Suspension of Services
If your account is overdue by 21 days, we reserve the right to suspend further services until the outstanding balance is paid in full or a satisfactory payment plan is agreed upon.

If you are facing financial difficulties, you may request a payment plan. All payment plans are subject to our approval and must be arranged prior to any legal or debt collection action.
If an agreed payment plan is breached, the account will automatically be referred to debt recovery, and the terms outlined in this policy will apply.
